In-line machines to cut circular headers to the precise diameter of each individual roll (or a set of rolls) entering the wrapping machine, using a specially designed hard metal knife to eliminate saw dust. Processing any material that can be cut with a knife: PE-laminated liner, solid board, corrugated board, channel plastic etc.
Available in a wide range of models, from manual to fully automatic operation.

A fully automatic header cutting system including
- Automatic pick-up of blanks (untrimmed sheets) from four PU-stations with hydraulic lift tables
- Automatic centring and cutting to the measured diameter of each roll
- Automatic positioning of the cut headers to the roll ends.

Semi Automatic Header Cutter
Using a stationary knife and a rotating table to cut round headers out of a stack of blanks (square or round untrimmed sheets). Loading of the blanks, and unloading of the cut headers and the trim is manual, adjustment of the cutting knife and control of the cutting cycle is automatic.
Max stack height 75 mm, cutting time appr. 15-30 seconds.

Manual Header Cutter
Using a stationary knife and a rotating table to cut round headers out of a stack of blanks (square or round untrimmed sheets). Adjustment of the cutting knife position, and control of the cutting cycle is manual by means of push buttons and lever arm handle.
Max stack height 25 mm, cutting time is operator dependent.
Typically to be used when production capacity is low.
